Andrew Loff, PE is the Founder of Axcess. Loff founded Axcess in 2020 to provide high quality pedestrian bridge solutions parks and land developers. These markets have historically struggled to get cost effective bridge solutions for their relatively small projects. These projects also afford him the opportunity to get outside the office and help the construction team install these bridge solutions. Loff is a professional engineer that spent most of his career designing large, advanced material solutions for the civil infrastructure market. He brings that wealth of experience to the design of pedestrian bridge solutions.
Mark Watt joined Axcess in 2022 as a project engineer to help with the design and construction of pedestrian bridges. He has a background in mechanical engineering and has several years of experience designing pedestrian and vehicle structural bridge decking out of Fiber Reinforced Plastic materials. He is also currently working towards obtaining his Professional Engineering license. Mark enjoys the mix of field work and problem solving that comes with each individual bridge and is excited to work with customers to help implement quality bridges into their project plan at an affordable cost
