Phillips Park Bridge Replacement
See how a local park district in Ohio used a truss bridge and solid surface fiberglass decking to replace a deteriorated wooden bridge.
Cleveland, OH
This collaboration between The Bremec Group and Axcess resulted in a beautiful small pedestrian bridge for an equestrian farm outside of Cleveland Ohio. Axcess produced the bridge design and supplied the bridge itself, while The Bremec Group installed the bridge onsite. This collaboration resulted in a bridge will provide a maintenance free solution for 30+ years.
Axcess designed a beam bridge that repurposed the existing steel stringers from the previous bridge
that were still in good condition and designed a solid surface fiberglass deck system that was a perfect foundation of the installation of the paver system that was installed on top of the deck. The bridge was finished off with a block powder coated aluminum railing.
