Being a design-build contractor Axcess has a wealth of construction knowledge that allows us to optimize our designs to provide low-cost solutions that require little to no maintenance. Axcess works with out customers in three stages during the design phase of a project.
Discovery
We work with our customers to understand the specific requirements of their projects. This discovery phase involves not only the typical engineering requirements for a project but also want parameters that are most important to our customers. This allows Axcess to tailor our design solutions to give the customer the best possible outcome.
Concepts
With most projects, Axcess will provide the customers with multiple preliminary design concepts. These concepts allow the customers to make tradeoffs that are based on detailed information specific to their application.
Design Package
Once the design concept is selected Axcess prepares all the required design materials stamped by a licensed professional engineer. These include items such as construction drawings, calculation packages, and permit applications.
